Sean P. Sheppard, Esq.


As the manager of The Andersen Firm’s Litigation and Real Estate practices, Sean utilizes his vast knowledge and years of experience to assist clients with real estate transactions and contract litigation, general civil litigation, criminal defense, appellate practice, and family law litigation.

Sean has extensive trial experience having handled hundreds of contested trials before judges and juries. In addition to this trial experience, he has personally handled over sixty appeals, including appeals before The Florida Supreme Court.

Clients are confident in Sean’s competency to see their matter through to a successful outcome, and are comfortable working with him because he is easy to communicate with. He ensures his clients are informed by fully explaining to them what they can expect and what will happen throughout the litigation process.

Sean received his bachelor’s degree from Stockton State College and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law Center, where he was a member of the Law Review. After receiving his law degree, Sean spent four and a half years as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Navy serving as both a legal assistance attorney and criminal defense attorney. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York, and is authorized to practice before all U.S. Federal District Courts within the State of Florida.
