Mission, Vision and Philosophy
Our Mission is “To collaborate with clients and advisors to provide the Ultimate Client Experience in Estate Planning, Estate Settlement & Probate, Asset Protection, Litigation, and Real Estate.”
The Andersen Firm was founded in 1990 by Attorney William E. “Bill” Andersen who had the vision to create a firm that offers a level of service and commitment to fulfilling clients’ needs that is unparalleled in the legal industry. Although Bill is no longer with us, his vision continues to be carried out by the dedicated members of The Andersen Firm who also share that vision.
Our philosophy is simply “keep it simple”. When you turn to us for legal assistance, we want your experience to be as relaxed and easy as possible. We pride ourselves in our ability to give you the answers and advice you seek in the most direct fashion. We communicate with every client on a warm, yet professional level without confusing legal jargon. We believe that you have the right to a direct, honest approach to your legal concerns and we want you to leave our offices with a clear understanding of what your choices are. Keeping things simple also means spending the time to explain all the options available to you and handling all the legalities so you can enjoy peace of mind.
